Our solar system consists of the eight planets that orbit our Sun, as well all other celestial objects orbiting the Sun such as comets, moons and other minor planets. The solar system extends from the Sun to the Oort cloud. Astronomers have yet to discover signs of life anywhere else in our Universe.

The universe has been a source of mystery for us since the first time man ever looked up at the night sky. With improved technology, astronomers have been able to answer many of the questions plaguing the minds of humanities' greatest thinkers.
